For all you Gladiators out there, it has been too long since we've had a mind blowing, what's going to happen next episode. We have been craving our Liv and Fitz moments and of course we can't forget our riveting Poppa Pope, conniving Jake, and our demented but loving Huck! The new episode and final season will be here soon, October 5th. TGIT is our weekly holiday, and as we all know holidays require wine, food and decorations! Here are some TGIT essentials!


TGIT Essentials 1 & 2: Wine & Popcorn
How to throw a Scandal party.

Pop some popcorn and grab your favorite wine. This can be dinner for
some or a late night snack for others. Do not feel guilty if you drink the
entire bottle and eat the entire tub of popcorn, while gasping at the T.V.,
remember it's a holiday! If you need help finding a wine for the night,

TGIT Essential 3: Decorations
If inviting friends, wow your fellow Gladiators and create some one of a kind Scandal decorations. It's so easy. All you really need is a computer, paper and a printer. We just printed out a few Scandal images and created table decorations. We tied red napkins with blue ribbons and taped our favorite characters to the napkins.

We then created centerpieces by stapling 2 Scandal images together
at the top to make them stand up.

Next, we typed up a letter and put Scandal in the middle of the page in red and just put random words on it. (It doesn't have to make sense). We cut the paper up, as if it was shredded, and taped it to a shredder. It looks like some important documents have been compromised.

TGIT on abc Finally, we grabbed our friends' photos off of social media and printed
them out and placed them in a confidential file folder. We also placed a
thumb drive on top. Your friends will get a kick out of it. It looks like
they are the next group of people who need fixing or to who need to
disappear.

Ooh Baby Baby! Wine at a Baby Shower

Party Favors - Barefoot Wine wrapped in tulle 2 of The Ladies on a Vine recently went to a baby shower of our good friend having twin girls. We knew it was going to be fabulous, her family always throws creative and festive parties. The theme was Candyland and everything looked so cute and perfect! As we walked in, we immediately noticed they incorporated wine into the theme. Serving liquor at baby showers has become quite popular. Baby showers are not your old fashioned living room parties with punch and sandwiches, they are carefully thought of productions that can become lavish! Don't feel pressured to serve liquor at the baby shower if you are the planner or the expected mother.
