Stay-at-Home Tropical Peach Rosarita Recipe

We are all cooped up in our homes, dealing with a variety of challenges. Here is a refreshing Rosé wine cocktail that will take you away. Imagine sitting on a beach, instead of sitting on your couch!  What You'll Need... Peaches Sugar Fresh mint or dried mint Fresh squeezed lime or lime juice in bottle  1 bottle of Rosé  Tropical Rum Directions... *Cut 1 fresh peach and add to the bottom of the glass pitcher. *Next, pour in a 1/ 2 cup of white sugar *Then, squeeze one to two fresh limes, or lime juice that comes in bottle. *Muddle all three ingredients together.  *Add 1/ 2 cup of tropical rum  *Next, add 1 bottle of your favorite chilled Rosé - *We used St James Pink Catawba Sweet Rosé Wine - Missouri *Stir & pour into your favorite glass.  *Garnish glass with a peach and add fresh berries and strawberries for more fruit flavors. Wow, what a week of uncertainty, confusion, fear, and stress with the global pandemic. Honestly, we didn't know what to do or if the event should continue. We all pushed through and it was a well needed distraction! There was not one empty seat even in the rain... all of us needed the community comradery. First, we would like to give a big THANK YOU to the Amigas Social Club for allowing us to be apart of such a positive and fun event. We will continue to support the club and hope to partner on more events in the future.  The night began with bites to nibble on from the Alta Baja Market. What a colorful spread, perfect for a night of painting. The spread had all the colors in the rainbow.  The ladies got to grab food, socialize, and meet new Amigas before the painting began.    Next was the most important part, the wine!
