barefoot wine wrapped in tulle is a perfect party favor at a baby shower.
Party Favors - Barefoot Wine wrapped in tulle
2 of The Ladies on a Vine recently went to a baby shower of our good friend having twin girls. We knew it was going to be fabulous, her family always throws creative and festive parties. The theme was Candyland and everything looked so cute and perfect!

As we walked in, we immediately noticed they incorporated wine into the theme. Serving liquor at baby showers has become quite popular. Baby showers are not your old fashioned living room parties with punch and sandwiches, they are carefully thought of productions that can become lavish!
Don't feel pressured to serve liquor at the baby shower if you are the planner or the expected mother. Since the mother can't drink herself, it's really up to her how she feels about serving alcoholic beverages. Also it can add to the cost of the event.

If you do decide to serve liquor, wine is the perfect choice. Wine can be inexpensive and it's lighter
than serving a spirit like vodka. If you need help deciding which wine to buy for the baby shower, check out our article, How to Survive a Super Wine Store.

At our friend's baby shower they used wine in 3 different ways throughout the shower. They had sparkling wine (or champagne) in the mimosas. For the game prizes they had beautifully wrapped wine gifts. Our very own Ayanna, won one! Lastly, for the party favors, they had mini bottles of Barefoot Wine wrapped in tulle. Barefoot wine really fits the event, due to the feet on the bottle looking like baby feet. We really enjoyed the incorporation of wine at the event but most importantly we enjoyed celebrating with our friend.

If you are planning a shower and want to incorporate wine, we hope this article helps. Once again, you do not have to have alcohol at your shower, it's all about celebrating the mother and what she wants! We want to congratulate our friend and her husband on the birth of her healthy twin girls Harper and Penelope on November 1!

  3. Packing is super cool and wine for baby shower is itself a mesmerizing theme. Fashion dress code for my sister's bridal day was pleasing anyways. Danced a lot and mimic characters were followed by us. Drinks were branded and cup cakes were yummy. Dinner and event venue Atlanta was appreciated by all guests.

  8. These clubs look virtually the same as the real deal on the surface, but the quality is about as good as the bottom row of a grocery store shelf. I suggest mummywineclub.com to everyone.
