How to Make Dyed Rice 4th of July Candle Centerpieces

4 t h o f J u l y is right around the corner, and we came up with a fun and festive way to use those extra wine glasses! These dyed rice candle centerpieces are uber cute, super easy and very expensive. Throw in some citronella candles and you can also keep away those pesky bugs! We had a fabulous evening creating these and afterwards, we hung out in the yard enjoying some wine of course! W h a t y o u n e e d ! 1. Wine glasses (or mason jars) 2. Inexpensive white rice (1 cup for each color) 3. Red & Blue food coloring or icing gels 4. Gallon storage bags. D i r e c t i o n s Place a cup of rice in a gallon storage bag and drop in your red food coloring. Work the food coloring into the rice until it's all covered into a bright red. Repeat the same step with the blue food coloring as you did with the red one. Place the rice on a lined cookie sheet with the colors separated. Place in a pre-heated 350 degree oven and bake for 5-7 minutes to set the d
